Travel Trunk « Rose »

The « Rose » Travel Trunk pays tribute to Rose de Freycinet, whose extraordinary journey aboard the Uranie became inseparable from one of the great chapters in the Freycinet family’s history.

Conceived as a compact travelling trunk, Rose combines graceful proportions with the strength and precision expected from a piece designed to accompany a lifetime of journeys. Its 41 × 24 × 24 cm format gives the trunk an intimate character, equally suited to travel, personal belongings or display within an interior.

Each piece is made individually to order in the House’s workshop in Montcaret, France. Carefully selected Italian leather, considered construction and hand-finished details give the trunk its distinctive character and allow the materials to develop a natural patina over time.

More than an object of luggage, Rose is conceived as a personal possession to live with, travel with and eventually pass on.

Each « Rose » Travel Trunk is handcrafted to order in France using carefully selected Italian leather and materials chosen for their durability and character.

Leather is a natural material and will gradually develop its own patina. To preserve your trunk, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, excessive heat, direct sunlight and abrasive or chemical cleaning products. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth and contact the House before applying any specialist leather treatment if you require further guidance.

Every Henry de Freycinet trunk is individually made to order in our workshop in Montcaret, France. From the selection of the leather to the final finishing and inspection, each stage reflects the attention to detail and craftsmanship that define the House.

Our trunks are created using carefully selected Italian full-grain leather and materials chosen for their quality, durability and character.

Each trunk carries its own unique serial number and is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming its origin and craftsmanship.

Each trunk is carefully inspected and securely prepared for transport before leaving our workshop in France. International orders are entrusted to specialist carriers suited to the handling of valuable goods, with tracking information provided once your piece has been dispatched.

Delivery times vary according to destination and are separate from the made-to-order production period.

Please inspect the shipment upon delivery. If any visible damage is present, reservations should be made directly with the carrier and the House should be contacted within 48 hours so that our team can assist you personally.
