Our current production lead time is approximately 10 to 14 weeks. As every trunk is individually crafted, timing may vary slightly according to the piece selected and the workshop schedule. We will keep you informed throughout the process and remain available should you require guidance regarding a particular date.

Our pieces are crafted in France with the same attention to materials, construction and finishing that defines the House. Each creation is carefully inspected before leaving our workshop.

Each Henry de Freycinet trunk carries its own unique serial number and is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming its origin and craftsmanship.

Yes, within the personalisation options offered by the House. Our current trunk collection is available in a choice of two exclusive leather colours, allowing each piece to retain the visual identity and proportions originally intended by Henry de Freycinet.

For made-to-order trunks, a 50% deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance is payable before shipment.

Orders are dispatched from France. Deliveries within the European Union do not normally involve import customs formalities between EU Member States. For destinations outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination and local regulations. These are determined by the relevant authorities. Delivery time depends on the destination and begins once your piece has completed production and is ready to leave our workshop. Tracking and the relevant shipping information will be provided when your order is dispatched.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available tracking information together with the relevant delivery details.

Each piece is individually prepared and carefully packed using protective materials selected for safe transport. Our trunks are entrusted to specialist carriers suited to the handling of valuable goods.

If you notice any visible damage at the time of delivery, please report it to the carrier immediately and contact the House within 48 hours. Our team will personally assist you and guide you through the next steps.

Please contact the House as soon as possible if your delivery details need to be changed. We will do our best to assist before dispatch, although changes may no longer be possible once the shipment has been handed to the carrier.

Our pieces are designed to age with character. To preserve their appearance, we recommend protecting them from prolonged moisture, excessive heat, harsh cleaning products and unnecessary abrasion. For advice specific to your piece or its materials, please contact the House.

Because our trunks are individually made to order, cancellation may no longer be possible once production has begun. If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact the House as soon as possible so that we can review its current status with you. The applicable conditions remain those set out in our Terms & Conditions.
