Light dust and surface marks should be treated gently with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning or specialist care, please contact the House before applying any treatment.

Each piece is carefully inspected and prepared for transport before dispatch from France. Tracking information is provided once the order has been handed to the carrier where tracking is available.

Delivery times and services vary according to destination. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply according to the destination and applicable regulations.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any visible transport damage should be reported to the carrier immediately and to the House within 48 hours so that our team can assist you.
